In the village there is a restaurant/cafe, a Post Office, general store where fresh bread is delivered every day plus the whole range of mobile shops such as butcher, fresh veg. bread van, fish van etc. their arrival being announced by the preverbial loudspeakers. Every village has its market day so there is always somewhere close by where you can buy all sorts of regional products. There are lots of excellent wine producers around Trausse as well as the "Co-ops"where you can buy "en vrac" (bag-in-box) or by the bottle. There are lots of places to eat out, some with an excellent reputation! Plenty of things to do, sporty, historic, healthy, leasurely and good shopping centres not too far
